The Saxmundham League Knockout cup final was competed for on Thursday evening between Wenhaston Bowls Club and Peasenhall Bowls Club.
With a close start to the game Wenhaston managed to gain a hold of the game and ran out winning the tie and were crowned Saxmundham KO cup Winners.
Well done to both teams it was a lovely evening of bowls,

Thursday evening the Jubilee Shield Final was contested between Laxfield and Leiston at Woodbridge Bowls Club.
Laxfield started the strongest and continued the game always holding a lead on Leiston.
Laxfield won the game taking the win on 3 of the 4 rinks,
A big thankyou to Woodbridge Bowls club for hosting the evening a good evening was had by all.
Dave Pollock the Woodbridge League President for 2024 presented winning captain Gary Pleasance with the Winning Shield.

The final of the Sun Bowl took place after the Percy Dunnett final yesterday also at Melton Bowls Club.
This year saw Leiston Town and Dennington compete for the trophy.
Another tight game with Leiston fighting back from a slow start to bring the game back to all even.
But Dennington fought on to the end and clinched the win by ten shots overall to be crowned the 2024 Sun Bowl Winners

Yesterday saw the final of the Percy Dunnett at Melton Bowls Club.
The final was contested between Alderton and Kirton
The game was close throughout but it was Alderton who just came through winning on 3 of the 4 rinks to claim the trophy.
